 So how does our property search service work for you?       

1.  Tell us as best you can what your requirements are:

• Property type:  Apartment, Detached Villa, Townhouse, Finca, Quad, Semi-detached, Bungalow etc, number of bedrooms, plot size, preferred floor, any special features or requirements.
• Location:  Coastal, Inland, Golf Resort, Quiet, Busy etc.
• Price range:  While there is always some room for negotiation, the days of having an offer substantially below the advertised price accepted are long gone so a rough guide to what you can comfortably afford makes it a lot easier to source suitable properties.

(Always remember to allow approx 13% on top of agreed purchase price for tax, legal fees etc)

 

2. We search for suitable properties on your behalf:  With 20 years experience of listing and selling properties in the Costa Blanca and Costa Calida  regions we have built up a large portfolio of direct properties as well as numerous trusted collaborating agents, builders and developers we have dealt with over a long period of time, thus saving you time spending hours trawling through the numerous portals and websites.

 

3. We make a shortlist of options for you.  Once we have narrowed down your requirements we will actively search through our huge database of properties and send you detailed information on any which match up with your specifications.

 

4. Property viewings.  Now for the exciting bit! Once you are here we will accompany you on viewing the selected properties and while doing so give you valuableinformation on all aspects of the areas you are looking at.
